The owner of Casa Blanca immediately fell in love with the house and grounds when touring the property for a real estate investment.  When standing at the deck overlooking Brushy Creek he came up with the idea of turning the property into a wedding venue.   He envisioned couples getting married overlooking the creek with the beautiful back-drop of the house.  So he bought the property and the process of converting the property into a wedding venue began in 2006.

A ballroom was added, two grand chandeliers, two decks, restrooms, and Casa Blanca hosted the first wedding in 2007.  The owner continues to add and upgrade the amenities every year.  A weatherproof “Plan B” building was added for ceremonies, decks were covered, sculptures added throughout the property, a bridge leading to a fountain perfect for photo ops and a kitchen for catering prep area.

Casa Blanca grounds are green all year, full of live oak and pecan trees, a creek with running water all year, and flowers that are changed for every season.
