What does the venue rental include?

Included in the rental fee is exclusive use for 13-hour rental, an on-site facility manager, one- hour block for ceremony rehearsal (scheduled 6 weeks before event), use of venue for bridal or engagement photos (by appointment), indoor and outdoor ceremony site, free parking, bride’s room, groom’s room, catering prep area, White resin Wedding Chairs, and tables for 150 guests, built-in bar, covered string lit decks, set-up and break-down of tables and chairs

Does Casa Blanca have an all-inclusive package?

We have two packages that are almost all-inclusive that include; catering, wedding day-of coordinator, photo booth, staff, bartenders, bar disposables or glassware, dinnerware, DJ, up-lighting, table décor, linens, and sparklers. You would still need to provide your own photographer, florist and cakes.

Can we only contract Casa Blanca for some of your services?

Yes, at Casa Blanca only security, bartenders and candles are required . All of our other services can be added a la carte style.

Does Casa Blanca have an outdoor and indoor ceremony site?

Yes, we have the choice of the outdoor lush setting overlooking Brushy Creek and our fully HVAC weatherproof “Plan B” building.

Does the indoor reception facility have air conditioning and heating?

Absolutely, we will keep the ballroom at a very comfortable temperature for your event.

What are the rental times?

You have a 13 hour block, doors open at 11:15 am for lessee and vendors, receptions need to end by 11:15, followed with one-hour for breakdown.

Do you require that we use vendors from an approved list or can we bring our own?

We provide a list of recommended vendors, but do not require for you to use vendors off this list. Caterers must be full-service.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

Yes, we will provide TABC licensed bartenders at an additional cost. Alcohol needs to be placed at the bar and served only by the bartenders. Alcohol that is not served by a bartender is not permitted.

Does Casa Blanca have dressing rooms?

Yes, we have a bride’s suite and a groom’s suite, each with their own restroom.

Can we use the grounds for engagement or bridal pictures before our wedding date?

Yes, you can schedule this with your contact person.

Does Casa Blanca On Brushy Creek have overnight accommodations?

No, but hotels are nearby on I-35.

Is there a sound system?

No we do not have a sound system. You will need to hire a DJ or a band for sound, you can also rent your own sound equipment.

What if my florist/DJ/caterer/photographer wants to come look at the venue?

We have open house every Wednesday (except on holidays) from 6-8pm. This is the time for vendors to come tour their future working site.

How far in advance should we reserve a date for our event?

Events are booked according to availability, if the date is available, any party can reserve it. Keep in mind that events are booked well in advance.

Where do our guests park?

Parking lots are in designated areas with the exception to handicapped guests.

Can we decorate the venue how we choose?

You can bring in your own décor, as long as it does not damage our facility- no staples, tacks, tape, glue guns, nails or glitter can be used. Our set-up crew can hang up any lanterns you would like to add to our string lit patios.

Are pets allowed?

We do allow couples to bring in their furry loved ones for ceremonies only, pets must be taken home after the ceremony. Service dogs are always welcome.

How late can my reception go?

The latest time your reception can go is 11:15.

Can we use sparklers for out departure?

Yes!

Does Casa Blanca require security?

Any event that has alcohol requires security at Casa Blanca.

Who is responsible for cleaning?

During your event, your caterer is responsible for cleaning and bussing tables. At the end of your event we will breakdown tables and chairs and all janitorial cleaning. Venue must be cleared of your personal items, rentals and vendors by 12:15am,

Can Casa Blanca hold my corporate event?

Absolutely, we can hold corporate events at a discounted price during the week. We also host Christmas parties, galas, charity events, etc.

What do we need to book at date?

A non-refundable 25% of the rental fee is needed to reserve your day. We will set you up on a payment schedule for the remaining balance, with your last payment due one month before your event.

Do you offer discounts for fundraisers or charity events?

We do, please contact us and we will work with you.
