What is included in the venue rental?
Included in your rental is exclusive access to the venue from 12pm-12:15am. Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, a 45 minute ceremony rehearsal time slot, use of our two get-ready rooms and ample parking for your guests.
What is your capacity?
Our prices are set for up to 150 guests. However, we are able to accommodate up to 230 guests.
Who is responsible for setup and cleanup on the day of?
Included in your rental, we will setup and breakdown all tables and chairs. Our venue staff will complete the janitorial cleaning after your event.
You are responsible for collecting your decorations and all personal items.
Is there ample parking on-site?
Free parking is not an issue at Casa Blanca.
Do you offer wedding packages?
We offer one package that includes our in-house services such as linens, wedding day-of coordinator, table settings, lighting, disposables and other extras.
Are there changing rooms available for use?
Casa Blanca has two get-ready rooms. Our first room has an area to dine in, spacious couches, and a 65 inch tv. Our second room has a sitting area, a place to rest, a large restroom, shower area, a tv and plenty of vanity space. Both rooms have floor to ceiling mirrors and beverage refrigerators.
Are there any rules on decor?
We do not allow sand or glitter for centerpieces or inside the interior of the ballroom.
We do not allow any nailing or any command strips on our walls. Any specific questions for decorations and large installations, please ask.
When can I have my ceremony rehearsal?
We will schedule your 45 minute ceremony rehearsal 6 weeks before your event according to our event calendar.
Are weddings the only events held at Casa Blanca?
Casa Blanca can not only host weddings but also wedding rehearsals, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, fundraisers, charity events and school functions.
What do I need to do to book a date?
Come in for a tour, if you love the venue we can hold a date for a week while we sort your event's details.
Is security required?
When alcohol is served security is required.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed for the ceremony only. After ceremony, furry friends need to be taken home for safety issues.
Are there both indoor & outdoor ceremony sites?
Yes. We have both indoor and outdoor options available for your event day in case of inclement weather.
